How long does it take to make my order?
All orders allow up to 7 working days for production before dispatch. This applies to both handmade and handpicked items, as everything is checked and packaged with care. This is, however, just a guideline and we will aim to have all items shipped within 3 days.
How long does delivery take?
Once dispatched, orders are sent using standard tracked postage. Delivery times begin after the production period and depend on the postal service rather than Keepsies.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Unfortunately not. As many items are made to order, changes or cancellations aren’t possible once an order has been placed. Please double-check all details before checking out.
What if I make a mistake in my personalisation?
Personalised items are made exactly as submitted at checkout. For this reason, we’re unable to amend or refund orders due to customer errors, so please take care when entering your details.
Do you offer bespoke or custom designs?
Yes. Bespoke designs, colour changes, and small tweaks to existing products are often possible. Please get in touch before ordering to discuss your idea and confirm availability.
Can I choose different colours than those shown?
In many cases, yes. If you’d like a different colour option, feel free to contact us and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Are your items handmade?
Many items at Keepsies. are handmade or made to order, with the rest carefully handpicked to meet the same standard of quality and finish.
Can I return a personalised item?
Personalised and made-to-order items are non-refundable unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
Can I return a non-personalised item?
Yes. Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
