Production Time

All orders from Keepsies. are carefully prepared before dispatch.

Please allow up to 7 working days for production on all items and 10 days for delivery. This applies to both handmade and handpicked products, as each order is checked, finished, and packaged with care before it leaves us.

During busy periods, production may take the full 10 working days. but this is just a guideline and we will aim to have your item made and shipped within 3 working days. Thank you for your patience.

Shipping

Once your order is ready, it will be sent using standard tracked postage.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times begin after the production period and are dependent on the postal service, not Keepsies.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.


Returns & Refunds

Made-to-Order & Personalised Items

All personalised and made-to-order items are created specifically for you and are non-refundable, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

This includes personalised text, names, dates or wording, bespoke designs, and any colour changes or custom tweaks requested.

Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order, as items are made exactly as submitted.

If a personalised item arrives faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos, so the issue can be resolved promptly.

Non-Personalised Items

Non-personalised items may be returned if you change your mind, provided you contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and sent back in suitable packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Once the return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and the packaging. We will always aim to put things right as quickly as possible.
