All personalised items at Keepsies. are made to order, just for you. That means once your order is placed, it goes straight into production and cannot be changed or refunded unless faulty.

Because of this, it’s really important that everything you submit is exactly how you want it.

Please double-check:

spelling

capital letters

dates

wording 

punctuation

What you enter is what will be printed. I don’t correct spelling or formatting, as personalisation is part of what makes each piece yours and I want it to be exactly as you intended.

If you’re unsure about anything, I strongly recommend double checking before placing your order.
